Did you mean you broke the pins of the connector only?
There are two ways but all not easy, and there is no easy way to deal with any part on the motherboard.
If it's the problem of pin, you can DIY to find and manufacture the same pin with the original one.
If not, you should replace the whole connector. At that time, you actually not only need heat gun but also the soldering iron with a kind of special glue. So it seems you'd better ask help for some professional man.
