Back up phone and do a system reset, Make sure you back up everything cause you will loose everything. go to accounts and sync - google - check what you want to backup like contacts ect. move pictures/vids to a computer or a SD card. apps cant be backed up unless rooted, but app data can be backed which is your individual app saved content like settings passwords and game saves (dont want to beat all those levels of angry birds again do ya).
