Ola, sou tecnico em celulares (nivel basico) estou com um aparelho iPhone X 64gb, com o seguinte problema: Aparelho reinicia a cada 3 minutos. eu verifiquei o Log (analise) e identifiquei a seguinte panic string, mas nao consigo interpretar qual componente/peça esta causando isso?

Bom, eu costumo fazer reparos simples em meus aparelhos (tela e bateria), e após trocar a bateria do meu X e do 7plus da minha namorada os aparelhos não marcavam a carga (sempre fixo em 1%) e reiniciava após cerca de 2 min de uso, voltei as baterias originais e o 7 plus voltou ao normal, porém meu X as vezes fica com a carga travada em 1%, as vezes volta ao normal, e independente da carga ele se reinicia a cada 3 minutos +/-. Consegui extrair 3 logs de hoje cedo (panic full, ResetCounter e thermalmonitord).

celular começou a inchar a bateria e parou de funcionar sem estar conectado ao carregador, fora dele ficava reiniciando direto. Troquei tudo do celular e continuou reiniciando, mas quando eu tentei atualizar pelo iTunes. apareceu erro9 (na tela de Recovery ele fica normal, fora dela ele não funciona de jeito nenhum) Ai tentei pelo 3uTools, porem nem assim ele funciona, no meio do processo ele reinicia e corrompe o processo, não sei mais o que fazer. iPhone x was half way charged last night. Put it on to charge. When I got up this morning it is black screened and will not power on. I have Tried the volume up down and then holding power on still nothing. iTunes won't even recognize it. I've tried diffferent charging cables and blocks nothing will get it back on. Any suggestions, besides taking it to apple? I plan to do that if I don't get it back on

iPhone X: iPhone X restarts every few minutes after back housing replacement.

I replaced the back housing of a cracked iPhone X, a repair I’ve done many times to older model iPhones (from dents or cracked model 8 glass). All functions on the phone work, there are no issues with it other than it keeps restarting every 3 minutes or so. I have tried a hard reset as well as disconnecting and reconnecting all the internals.

Is this a motherboard issue? I’ve never experienced this problem before. I would assume if it’s as serious as the motherboard being damaged that I would have other issues.

iPhone X: Help me diagnose iPhone X Face ID move iPhone a little lower

Hi! I have an iphone x with face id and selfie camera portrait mode not working. For the moment I don't know if any of the internal components were changed or not.

Here is what I know:

face id fails to detect a face during the setup process. Keeps sending the two messages: move iphone a little lower/higher
Animoji works ok though
Flood illuminator also works as I can see it with an older camera
Proximity sensor and autobrightness are functionally
Attention thing works (when picking up the phone it turns display on if it detects any human face)
Front camera works (without any blur) aside from the portrait mode (It says move further away and only takes a normal photo)
Back camera works ok, portrait mode is functioning
Phone has liquid indicator turned red (unfortunately I haven't saw this before buying it)
The phone seems to have been opened up before as the adhesive was loosen whet I opened it up.
I have tried to clean the dot projector and the infrared camera along with the lens on the front glass but without luck
I have tried also the DFU restore, and every type of reset
Iphone is running ios 12.3

My question is that if the display is changed without transferring the other components from the glass assembly, will iphone send the faceid unavailable error or it could just never let you setup it like in my case?

Has anybody been able to repair an iphone x with these symptoms?

Hi guys,

I want to know If anyone has replaced iPhone X rear cover glass, I know its replaceable but I'd like to get some more details on this repair, will it look so obvious to tell it has been replaced after replacement?

I've watched the repair on an iPhone 8, is it similar? and what to avoid?

Are there any recommend suppliers to buy a glass cover from?

Which method is better and safer, taking the board out and prying the rear cover?

Any recommendation would be appreciated.

iPhone X: iPhone X Error 4013

Hello

So I dropped my iPhone X on the floor!

Fortunately, neither the back nor the front glas has cracked.

But the phones does face another problem since then.

Shortly after the drop it shut down completely.

When I tried to turn it on again, the iTunes Symbol appeared.

When I tried to restore it, error 4013 appeared.

Of course I tried everything that is mentioned in divers troubleshooting guides like changing the USB port, changing the cable etc.

Of course I also tried the whole restore procedure in DFU mode and so on.

So please does someone know a REAL solution to this problem?

iPhone X: Face ID not working after water exposure

I waded into some water (depth maybe 30cm above iPhone level), incorrectly assuming my phone would be fine. The phone shut off, and I just let it sit and dry out for the next few days. After turning it back on, the phone got very hot so I turned it off again.

After a week, it no longer got hot but got an occasional green vertical line. Again, phone off, and after half a week no more issues.

All functions of the phone now work, but FaceID does not work anymore. I took it to the Apple store, and whilst they said that all it would take would be to reseat the camera unit (or something along those lines), they would not work on it due to evidence of water damage.

Any insight or advice would be appreciated, if its an easy fix id like to get in there and sort it out! After all, FaceID is half the reason I love the new phone.

iPhone X: iPhone X restarting with apple logo after water got inside

Hi had took my iPhone X to beach last sunday and due to sudden wave, my iphone X under by tracks got wet, but i took the phone in less than 10 secs and saw that it was working.. But after 5 mins i saw that the phone was restarting in apple logo and did not go past the logo. (Apple logo comes for 5 secs and then a blank screen for 5 secs and so on). I did a hard reset to turn the phone off, but after 2 hours, I could see that the phone again turned on, but Face Id was not working and then in 5 min started restarting.

I completely hard reset the phone and took the phone to Apple care as it was under warranty. After a days inspection, they said that they cannot service it as it was water is inside which they identified from LCI color.

Now am struck and feeling really disappointed that this phone is not working fine and no one is out there to help in apple.

Can somebody support me with your views?

Can I have some hope of getting this serviced at-least from an unauthorized service center or any first aid I can do about myself?

iPhone X: There’s a black “ink”spot in the bottom right corner of my screen?

My screen has no cracks on it, I’ve dropped it twice.

The first time it landed backside down and I noticed that a small black spot that sort of resembles ink appeared. I dropped it again today, it landed the same way, and the spot got bigger.

I can still control my screen directly on where the black spot is im just not sure what it is or how it could be repaired

So I deiced I was going to go in the pool so I brought my iPhone x in which is suppose to be water proof i put it in for like 1 minute tops. when i took it out it was fine i dried off and then ten minutes later i charged. i came back to it 30 minutes later i started using and it was fine then all of sudden my phone turned off and went black so i went on it again and the same thing happened. Now my phone wont even turn on please help me fix it?????????
