iPhone 6s: Removing the Heat shields from the board

I am currently removing the heat shields from an iphone 6s to perform liquid damage cleanup. I am having trouble removing the larger heat shield that is right next to the battery connector. I have already mixed low melting solder with the solder that is holding the shield down, but I am still not able to get it to break free.

Any tips or help on how to remove this shield without causing damage to the board would be appreciated.

iPhone 6s: Why is my charger not charging my cellphone any more then 9%

I have had it plugged in for 24 hours & it has been either:

• Reducing the battery while charging.

• Keeping it at the same percentage.

• Giving it one percent in like 4 hours

- It has been stuck on 9% for going on 6 hours & I am unable to take it off of the charger or it drains from 9% then dies within 2 minutes of me not using it?

iPhone 6s: Screen faded to black. Now iPhone won't turn On but detected in DFU

So I went to download google drive from App store. and the download got failed so I press the re try option and screen of phone started to fade out with vertical purple lines going from right to left. Then after a few moment the screen turned black completely. I plugged it into a charger and I could hear the charging sound. but after sometime the phone become totally unresponsive… No charging sound, vibration or anything else. It is only detected in itunes in DFU mode wehen I hold power button + home button for 10 seconds whent plugged in PC. I restored its formware 3 times with itunes and it went successful but just after Itunes said “ software restore is successful wait for your phone to boot up” my phone does not boot up. I shown it to local repair shop they tried another display in it but they said that its display is Ok. It got damaged IC. Now my question is which IC is damaged provided that it is recognized in DFU mode by itunes but won’t boot up?? One more thing to add is that I had used samsung 2 A charger adapter to charger it before this incident happened.

Edit: One more thing I would like to add is that when Resotre its software through itunes in recovery mode the phone get a bit hot in the area just below the front call speaker.

iPhone 6s: iPhone 6s boot loop - Error 4013

Originally it would get hot when a SIM card was inserted (or seemed that way) which would then cause the phone to turn off until cooled down.

Now it’s just boot looping doesn’t fully boot anymore. iTunes throws error 4013 and comes up before the progress bar.

Things I’ve done:

Reballed BB CPU

Replaced bb pmic

All main voltages from the bb pmic come up for a split second before phone reboots. Sometimes right before the reboot current consumption jumps anywhere from 80ma to 1a. I tried freezing parts of the phone during boot up to see if anything momentarily gets warm but don’t spot anything blatant.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

iPhone 6s: Verticle Lines and touchscreen not working (no drop)

Hi before I got on the subway this morning I put my phone in my pocket. Got on the subway and went to check my emails and the screen has verticle white and grey lines on it, and the touch sensor is no longer working. All other buttons work and it still gets notifications, vibrates, rings, etc. Any idea what caused this and if it is a free repair from apple? It had a cracked screen but the phone has been working fine with that for over 3 months so I do not believe it is related
