This is the log About 3 months ago I ran a van over my phone and the screen broke, so for a month after the phone was a little cracked it continued to work, I went to change the screen, I had been put a 60hz LCD screen that started to make a purple screen and restart the phone but it didn't happen always only once a day, then for a few hours it restarted every 3 minutes, so after about two weeks I had another 120hz OLED screen installed the problem persists every now and then it restarts and then it doesn't restart for 3 or 4 days what can I do I don't want to change my phone?

My wifes iPhone 14 pro Max, took a bath in the sink over the weekend. Screen went green, dried it out but no luck, replaced screen that fixed it but now I cant get it to backup or do anything without it going to a pink screen and rebooting. I did some research and pulled the panic log. Any help would be much appreciated

iPhone 14 Pro Max: Phone getting warm after housing replacement

I replaced the housing on an iPhone 14 pro max. Customer complaint is that the phone gets warm and eventually becomes sluggish. I used an OEM pull with small parts. I did transfer the charge port. The proximity sensor looks fine. It was not removed. The screen was pulled and set aside. I checked the screw layout for the heat shield and it's correct. I also left the proximity sensor unplugged. That didn't fix the issue. I am careful with my repairs as to not damage components. Could the issue be with any of the small parts? Wireless charging pad or power button flex?

iPhone 14 Pro Max: Phone reset after battery replacement

Hello,

Since this is my first iPhone repair, I messed up a few things: the power button flex cable broke, the wireless charger flex cable broke, and I broke the proximity sensor on the screen. Right now, when I put the battery in, the screen turns on and the phone starts up without any problems, but when I start using it, it overheats within 5 minutes and the phone restarts itself. I've left the phone on Always On Display, and it's been running for an hour, but as soon as I start using it, it shuts down within 5 minutes. I tried two separate batteries I bought from Amazon. The first battery stayed at 1% after a few reboots, but this battery remembers the percentage and is a good battery. My question is, if I buy the flex cables as separate parts and install them, will the problem be fixed? Or am I just wasting money?
Thanks!

Güncelle (12/16/25)

I want to add that the part that heats up the most is the screen flex that transmits the image to the phone. The end of the flex connected to the motherboard gets very hot.

iPhone 14 Pro Max: iPhone restarting every 3 minutes?

I dropped my phone down the toilet a few days ago (probably max 20 seconds) cleaned it and it was still working as normal. Yesterday the front and back cameras fogged up but they were fine after a few hours but today my phone started shutting down every 3 minutes? it charges okay and doesn’t shut down when on charge it and doesn’t shut down when i am not using it. just seems like every time i pick it up to do something thats when it shuts down and i have 3 minutes to do anything before its off again.

i have had my phone in water plenty of times and not had this issue. i did have an issue back in June where my screen was flickering and then went black but phone still working underneath, took it to apple repair shop and they replaced screen for free as phone less than two year old and bought from them. i did have to take it back the same day as they did not replace the screws near the charging port and they didn’t seem too happy with me noticing it? now wondering if they maybe didn’t replace the screen properly which has possibly caused worse water damage?

i have attached the panic mode

either the sensor/charging flex port? want to try and fix it myself and not have to get a whole new phone.

thank you!
