iPhone 13: WiFi greyed out & Bluetooth Constant spinning

So I feel that ever since I updated to IOS 16 things have been rough, like my screen autorotate is broken, but I can live with that. What I can't live with, is the fact that the on/off slide for my WIFI is greyed out, and I can "turn it on" from the control center but it will turn off soo after. On top of that my Bluetooth is just a spinning wheel that I cannot interact with, stop, whatever.

I have tried every online solution that I could find: put it in airplane mode and restart, take it out of case, reset network settings, even those third party repair drivers apps. Nothing has worked. So today I broke and finally opened my phone for the first time and replaced both antenna and it STILL doesn't work. I have no idea what to do, I've factory reset it, I've done everything I can find, but nothing works.

Does anyone have any clue what this could be caused by?!?!?!

I recently encountered a sudden issue with my iPhone 13 display — banded horizontal, multi-coloured lines appeared across the entire screen, making it difficult to read and use. There were no prior software updates or major changes, and I’ve always handled the phone carefully, using a screen protector and case for protection. The only unusual behaviour I noticed beforehand was the screen occasionally flashing on and off late at night, which I initially assumed was a missed notification. In hindsight, it seems like an early sign of screen failure.

After the issue appeared, I contacted Apple Support, who advised me to perform a hard reset. When that didn’t help, I took the device to my local Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP). They ran diagnostic tests, including multiple reboots, but the horizontal lines persisted. Their diagnosis: a faulty display assembly. Unfortunately, since my device was out of warranty, the repair quote was an outrageous $456.57 USD!

I reached out to Apple again, expressing concerns over the excessive cost, but was told there was nothing they could do and that I should consider buying a new phone.

After looking into this issue further, I found numerous reports from other users experiencing the exact same problem:

I still have much older iPhone XR units that have never had any screen issues to this day. Given how widespread this problem appears to be, is there any way to push Apple to acknowledge this as a manufacturing defect rather than an expensive out-of-warranty repair?

iPhone 13: What could be the reason for the blue streak on the screen?

In the photos you can see stains on the iPhone 13 screen. The display itself is in excellent condition, the screen has never been hit. The smartphone fell once, but only on the upper part of the case, and the blue spot itself is at the bottom right. Could such damage have been caused by a fall of the phone? My guess is that the phone battery could have swelled, but unfortunately I did not find any photos on the Internet with a similar problem.

iPhone 13: Charging port clogged with debris, possible bent pins

Picked this up for cheap second hand as it had issues with charging, after looking at it there seems to be some sort of thick debris in the charging port which I think may be the root of the issue, a lightning connector doesn’t go all the way in, it doesn’t “click” like it would with a clean phone, after looking closer I’m thinking there may also be bent pins and this May be a full Charing port replacement.

If it’s just debris should a tooth pick / Compressed air do the trick?

The phone powers on and work perfectly, and can charge through wireless charging, it’s just the lighting port that is the issue

I will attach images of the port as I’m not 100% sure if they are bent or not

any help is appreciated :)

iPhone 13: How do I replace just the lens and not the entire camera module?

I dropped my phone and have a crack in the camera lens that is also visible when taking pictures. The camera seems to function fine but the lens itself is cracked. I’ve seen the $8 replacement lens part here but no instructions for how to replace just the lenses, only the module. Novice here. What am I missing?

Hi all, I've had a panicked message this morning from a customer. She had purchased a used iPhone 13 and has noticed that she can see "someone else's apps behind her screen". She forwarded a video but it's hard to make out.

When the screen is dark (not off) she can see faint app icons "behind her apps". I'm thinking screen burn but she is concerned that there is some sort of virus or malware.

Unsure of device age and previous usage as I haven't seen the phone yet.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I refurbish iPhones as a side thing and I need a place to buy logic boards as 90% of the phones I get are iCloud locked I have tried alie express but the logic boards are garbage and eBay seems overpriced most of the time is there any better place to buy iPhone logic boards

iPhone 13: Warnings after part replacements

We’ll be receiving a large quantity of iPhone 13’s from our clients shortly, I know that information will be stored in the (About section) if parts are replaced. I wondered if display warnings will still appear if the battery, camera or screen is replaced? The battery isn’t really an issue as we can spot weld the battery board onto the new battery. We just wanted to clarify if the display warnings are still there on the 12’s and 13’s on the lock screen.

iPhone 13: iPhone 13 stuck in recovery mode during update

When I tried to update my phone to iOS 26.2, it went to recovery mode. I tried to update it several times, then tried to restore it three times. I took it to the Apple store where they pretty much did the same thing and then I was told that there is probably a hardware issue with the logic board and that I would have to get everything replaced. I replaced my back housing over the summer so there is a possibility that I put it back together wrong but it was working fine over the past few months so I doubt it. Does anyone know how to fix this or has anyone had this problem in the past?

iPhone 13: Camera Not focusing even after camera was replaced

I have an iphone 13 and after a drop the wifi, bluetooth, gyroscope, compass, and the camera have all started to malfunction or not work at all. The camera was replaced and i'm still having the same issues, what could be the cause if it wasn't the camera module? The camera focuses perfectly when it is set to .5 or if something is close in normal mode.

Hi guys.

I got a brand new iphone 13 last week friday. Its less than a week and i have not let it charge above 80 percent, nor let it drain many times past 20 percent, i do not use a powerbank too. Is this normal please?

Also i checked iunlocker, and i noticed that the activation date for my iphone was in 2021 November, whereas i bought this phone in February 2023. And the apple warranty is expired. Please what does this point to. Thank you

As you can see in the picture, the phone is bent and has a curve, but everything on the phone works except for the screen, which is dented and cracked, but everything else works, even the screen. Even the touch screen is still working I need help fixing the phone How do I fix my phone? Please help me with your suggestions and ideas.

I recently got an iphone 13 and attempted to reset it. Half way through the reset an error showed up and the phone went back into recovery now when i try to set reset it again its stuck in recovery mode and i have no clue what to do.

iPhone 13: Post battery replacement verification and charging

I replaced battery replacement for my iPhone 13 and I have recalibrating it 2 times but my phone still tells me that the battery is unverified and an unknown part.
It also takes about 2 hours for it to go from 24 percent to 80.

I don't know if there is a way I could fix this because this is my first time handling an iPhone replacement and I'm afraid I messed up and have to get a new phone.
