I was using my redmi note 10 device(actually listening music) and it suddenly flash a dark blue light and off and then it's never repair or start. The mobile repairer's said that they think it's motherboard crashed .

Really the redmi note 10 motherboard crashed without any damage ? Just suddenly . It's used hardly one year.

I´ve had my Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 for around 2 years now, and I have dropped it a couple of times but since it has a protective cover, there has not been real damage to the phone casing. Randomly on a morning I wanted to use the camera and when opening the camera app, whatsapp, snapchat, instagram, and even downloaded third party camera apps... The camera screen is black and frozen. Cant even switch to the front camera to test it out, everything is stuck. I tried everything I have found on the internet to troubleshoot it, but nothing seems to work. I even made a factory reset thinking it could be a bug but the same issue persisted even when resetting the OS. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

i dropped my phone and ever since the screen has always been black and i've gone to a phone repair shop that said noone can fix it. There is no scratches or cracks on the screen so I dont know why it won't change from a black screen.

While playing vedios in youtube the vedio is playing but no sound and while trying with any other video player application. The application is closing automatically. Two sound speakers also not working . Completed sounds are not working ng while connecting earphones also the sound is not getting , it is hardware issue or a software issue
