Hello. I got my xbox one for 1 week. When I installed the batteries in the controller and started to set up the console I found that the battery door was getting warm to the touch. I immediately opened the door and took put the batteries which were so hot by this time I couldn’t hold them, after the light on the controller would blink twice and then shut off. I's a brand new xbox one s controller. What can I do? I'm from romania

My sisters Xbox one controller worked fine for awhile before the left joycon just completely fell away from the inside component and just moves around loosely.

So I've got this controller ever since I opened the Xbox one box, so I joined a party to play CoD: Advanced Warfare but my batteries were low and my mic was plugged in and I didn't wanted my controller to turn off suddenly so I said why not plug in a USB wire so that It won't run out of batteries while playing, but then suddenly my mic stopped working but my controller is lighten up but for some reason not working, I pressed every button still nothing.. Help?

I have a problem with my controller that when I squeeze or put pressure on my controller it makes the joystick register that is looking down and to the left. I don’t have to touch the analog stick, I just have to put slight pressure on the back of the controller. I tried taking apart the controller and it doesnt seems like there is anything wrong with the stick.

I just finished my attempt at repairing my Xbox series s controller because of drifting/sticky joystick. Desoldering the joysticks was very difficult, I’m wondering if I damaged the board, the axis for both analogs are off by a significant amount, the left goes to the top right corner when testing. The right goes to the top left corner when testing. All other buttons and vibration works. Is this something I can correct or is the controller just spare parts?

The game pad tester doesn’t register any movement or change in the analog sticks, they seem to be stuck in the corners when testing. The physical movement of the sticks is fine, despite the bad axises.

I tripped over my Xbox One Controller's Play & Charge cable while it was plugged into the controller. The sudden jerk appears to have disconnected the usb connector from the board inside the controller.

If I were to try and fix this, what would it take to accomplish?

i droped my controller on the floor with the cable in the usb c port and since then my controller is no longer detected by my computer and if won’t lock in the port. ( the cable still work, i have try with another cables )
