Pessoal Bom dia/Boa tarde/Boa noite estou com uma echo Dot de segunda geração que fica com a luz azul o tempo todo rodando sem parar, botão de reset nao faz ela resetar, ela simplesmente não faz nada alem de rodar essa luz. Alguem pode me ajudar?

Esse problema é de muitas pessoas, a Alexa simplesmente não ouve um comando de voz, as vezes é preciso chegar bem perto e falar alto.

When I got my echo spot I really liked it but then for some reason it started flickering and I tried everything. Dimming the display, getting a new power supply and factory resetting it. So I really hope someone can come up with an answer for it.

Google Home: My google home has stopped working completely

When I turn it on I get 2 vertical lights, then a cross of 4 lights, and this repeats....

It's not connecting to the internet, and not responding to any questions

This started about a week ago. For the previous 6 months it has been ok

I suspect its a software update problem. Can you help me?

HomePod: Where can I get my apple home pod repair for cheap

Everytime I plug my home pod I dont hear anything or see any status light on top of the speaker, but i do feel that it is on just no lights or sound. I called apple and they are charging me about the same price to buy another home pod . So im looking for a third party repair shop to fix it. ANybody with suggestions let me know

Amazon Echo Show 2nd Gen: there is a replacement screen?

is there a way to get a replacement screen or digitizer? mine has the glass digitizer shattered, I talked to amazon customer support, and as it is out of warranty, they cannot neither repair it, sell a replacement part, I mean they can’t do anything to support the repair, really amazon? an enterprise son big as Amazon and there is no support for repair their products, if you broke any amazon device it means only one thing: one more thing to the trash and you have to buy a new one, even the cheaps china devices has replacement parts, I mean, Amazon is more polluting the environment with these electronic trash, it is really a shame, I will not buy an amazon product until they get a basic service supports for repair their devices, a shame for a company so big.

Amazon Echo: Power outage screwed up some parts but not others

Hi everyone!

My amazon echo was plugged in during a power outage, and now that the power is back, the echo has the power light above the cable on, and when I hit the mute button on top, the red mic lights up, but the light ring, speakers, and microphone don't work. I can connect to my device by bluetooth but no sound comes out when I play music, and it doesn't register questions when I ask. The device say it is "online" on the app. Is it possible the power outage destroyed only these features? Also, any fixes?

Google Home Mini: Has anyone managed to open their device yet?

I've toyed around with it a bit, and managed to unclip a couple of the clips on the sides in between the plastic and the fabric area, but don't want to apply too much pressure, due to the risk of things breaking, and the one or two clips that come un-done aren't enough to allow the unit to open. Has anyone managed to successfully open their unit yet?

My Google Nest Audio stopped working after connecting the charger to 220 V in Europe. I could hear the "spark". I wonder whether inside the body is a fuse which got busted and then I could try to fix the G. Nest Audio by replacing the fuse. Thank you in advance for advice.
