For example, my phone has a total storage capacity of 64 GB, but the storage statistics only show:

1.2 GB used by apps
168 MB used by photos
71.6 KB used by audio files
359 MB used by videos
124 KB used by Excel documents

However, my phone still indicates that 62.3 GB out of 64 GB is already used.

What could be causing this issue, and how can I fix it?
