When I try to turn on my Spy Net goggles, nothing happens. The device was working fine yesterday, but it seems like everything on the device just stopped working. I can't see anything on the screen inside, and the buttons don't even make the "beep" sound that they make when the device is on.

they started to steam in the pack where the batteries where what happened

I have the 2007 version and need to purchase the left hand mount that holds the strap on the device. where can I purchase this part? Jakks Pacific doesn't seem to have this on their website.
