<title><![CDATA[Apple TV 3rd Generation: Why it has no power?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I have an ATV 3 and it has no power. There is no status light.   There was a power glitch which could have affected the ATV.  I did try another cable and outlet.  Also, I have connected it my Mac and iTunes doesn’t see it.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Amazon Fire TV Stick: Can't get my Amazon fire stick to work.]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I recently changed my internet provider and I forgot to change the wifi on my fire TV stick. So now I am trying to sync it to a remote I was using for another fire TV stick in another room so i can change the wifi, but I am unable to sync it. (Btw I was using an app on my phone as a remote for this one.) Can someone please help</p>

<description><![CDATA[<p>A video I was watching on youtube froze and I turned my tv off trying to fix it, once I turned on my tv my fire stick won't show up on the tv, I've unplugged it for a couple of seconds and put it back in, nothing, and I've unplugged my tv and he the power down for 30 seconds and plugged it back in, nothing, any suggestions? <title><![CDATA[Amazon Fire TV: Amazon Fire TV reset - WITH wrong version of remote]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Was watching Amazon Fire TV with fireTV stick perfectly fine until it shut off and reset out of nowhere. Fine, whatever -paired it up with my fire stick, did the reset process, logged in, set up wifi again, etc. Then it got to this screen:</p>

<p>It plays music asks to toggle the sound with the Fire Remote. This is where it gets tricky, because the remote I have isn’t the one that comes on screen. My remote doesn’t have volume control buttons.</p>

<p>Advanced setup just asks what IR setup for my TV I have. Once I answer that, it immediately goes back to this screen. If I try to go back, it takes me back to my login screen. I can’t progress until I toggle the sound with my remote, which I can’t.</p>

<p>This remote has been working perfectly with the TV ever since it was first set up last year and was working fine as well prior to Amazon Fire just randomly resetting. The remote worked (and still does) perfectly with the entire set up process before this mark. I can’t go back, I can’t skip it, the home button won’t work.</p>

<p>Scoured online for this problem and haven’t seen anyone else with this issue. Amazon Fire keeps trying to factory reset for some reason as well. I have no idea how to make it past this and would be baffled if I needed to buy a different remote entirely out of the blue for no reason like this.</p>

The instruction manual says not to but I have been powering mine this way for about a week and have not had any issues. <title><![CDATA[Chromecast: New puppy chewed through my Chromecast wire]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>My new puppy chewed through the Chromecast wire, and it was working at first because it was still slightly together and I used reg tape around it to hold it, but then it completely ripped apart when spouse unplugged from wall. So I am wondering if I should just buy a new one? Or in some way can I fix it and strip the wire and put it back together?.</p>
