Ligado ao carregador vêsse que entra corrente mas o Pc não liga nem dá sinal que dá a entender que está recarregando a bateria.
- fazendo o teste com o multimetro dásse conta que as grandeza tais como, tensão e Intensidade da corrente estão ok.
que soluções me são sugerida para esta situação?

Fiz um pendrive bootavel do Windows 7, deu boot, e reiniciou porém parou na logo com a mensagem, "Starting Windows". Cheguei a assistir uns vídeos, neles falavam para ativar o Ideh mode, porém a BIOS é a SAMSUNG BIOS 2022, não aparece essa função, é uma BIOS bem simplificada.

Queria saber como eu consigo para terminar de concluir a instalação do Windows 7, sair da tela "starting windows", se alguém conseguir me ajudar serei grato.

Meu laptop liga, mas na pagina inicial (na area de escolher perfil) ele não sai dali, porque nessa parte o mouse e teclado não funcionam, mas quando usa F4 ( entrando na area de configuração antes de se iniciar o laptop) ele funciona

Meu notebook esta com este problema, ele só liga se estiver com o carregador conectado ao tomanda, e no status da bateria mostra que esta carregando, porém não sai de 0%, mesmo desligado ele não carrega nada.
Alguém poderia me dar uma dica de como resolver isso caso o problema, ou só fazendo a subtittuição resolve?

I would like to buy a second hand samsung series 9 laptop. But with error " all boot option tried.

Press f4 key to recover with factory image using recovery or any others key for next boot loop iteration."

My question is, with error like above, can i re-install the laptop with fresh windows 8?

Samsung Laptop: No backlight in keyboard after upgrading to windows 10

Hi All.

I have a problem with my Samsung NP700Z3C-S02 laptop after installing windows 10.

I have not been able to use the fn-keys or turn on the backlight in my keyboard.

I have tried searching for the problem, but the only solution i found was to install the program: Samsung Settings.

When I install the program windows blocks it with this warning: "This app has been blocked for your protection".

I found a solution to avoid this, by opening the administrator account and install the program from there - again no luck.

Do you have any ideas or things I can try?

hi everyone my brother gave me a second gen Samsung 300e series laptop, with windows 10 installed on it. so I choose to downgrade it back to windows 7. after being affected with a virus, I decide to reinstall windows 7. but can gain access when I press the f2 key to enter boot menu.

in trying to gain access into the boot menu I accidently disabled driver signature enforcement and also pressing the fn key with a number of functional keys in the process, I ended up developing a new additional problem, my touchpad was not working anymore.

I successful installed windows 7 with external mouse and still touchpad will not work,

I upgraded back to windows 10 and still it will not work. and there is no elan or any synaptic option in the device manager. any help will be much appreciated thank you.

I just updated my laptop from Windows 8.1 to 10 yesterday. My touchpad and mouse was working fine with 8.1 but when I updated, it stopped working. If I use a regular mouse its fine, but I do not want to have to keep dragging it around. Please help!

When I put the cable in the lcd tv and plug the micro hdmi at my ativ book 9 lite nothing happens the notebook does not recognize my external tv or projetor via micro hdmi. How can I solve this? Is there any micro hdmi drivet needed to be installed or does the micro hdmi port needs to be activated somehow? Please help me

Samsung NP R580 JBB2: Samsung Notebook R580 Randomly Shutting Down

Hi team,

My Samsung r580 laptop keeps shutting down for no reason. I have removed and cleaned fan...it seems to be working great. So I don't think it is being caused by overheating? Any other suggestions on what I can do to fix?
