Está com ploblema na placa. Foi a explicação que a assistencia técnica me informou.

Se eu trocar a placa , vou perder os dados. Quero tirar os dados da memória. Se ela estiver em bom estado, como posso fazer isso? Tem algum lugar especializado que possa fazer aqui no Brasil?

My phone freezes after using of every couple of minutes. Then I do force restart it goes off. Then I leave for sometime like hour or so. Then try to restart it will come on but again freezes after few minutes. Could anyone please help ?

The top half will not respond to touch except its just fine when I use the S-pen. Unfortunately cant find the S-pen. (arggh!) Whats wrong, what can be done?

Samsung Galaxy Note10 Lite: Phone stopped charging all of a sudden.

I was charging my phone at the airport soon as my plane landed and got back home, connected the phone to charge it again and it didnt work, phone working fine .. tried different chargers and cables, confirmed the charger itself works. now the phone is dead with no charging icon. I opened it up checked for continuity on the flex cable from daughter to motherboard and from charger to battery all seems fine.
