Boa noite,tenho dois 2 problemas com meu Samsung A 50, a maioria das vezes se me abrem páginas de início sozinhas várias como 3 ou 4 e a noite a meia noite exatamente começa um problema que é me sai um seta branca no meio de uma franja amarela no meio mais o menos ao meio do ecrã do telemóvel, e me congela os vídeos do meu telemóvel é tenho q sair e voltar a entrar para que saia isso mas depois de certo tempo volta a acontecer e tenho q fazer ou mesmo, e isso e ate amanhecer porque são as 7 am e ainda esta, acho que desaperece a partir das 8 am, sim alguém poderia me ajudar estaria muito agradecido, obrigado pela atenção é resposta. 👍

Estou com um celular A50 ele não grava áudio e também em chamadas outra pessoa não escuta, esse celular tava normal com tempo aconteceu isso creio que é problema de trilhas rompida vi relatos sobre esse problema crônico nesse celular, alguém tem esquema elétrico do A50 para fazer verificação nessas trilhas do microfone A50 na placa principal

boa noite.

meu aparelho do nada travou na tela inicial.

não consigo desligá-lo completamente, apenas reiniciar com volume - e power.

além disso, quando conecto na energia elétrica, não aparece o símbolo de carregamento.

consigo entrar no download mode, inclusive fiz a reinstalçaõa da rom original com o Odin. no aplicativo aparece que foi bem sucedida, mas nada acontece.

não consigo entrar no recovery mode, mesmo conectado ao pc.

desde já agradeço qualquer ajuda.

Suddenly there is no sound coming out of my phone. I checked for "do not disturb" mode, any Bluetooth connected devices (and turned it off), and even went a step further and disabled my assistant app. I checked *#0*# for the speaker, and it didn't work. Through Samsung Members app I did an interactive check and then it showed that my "in-call speaker" is working but not my "media speaker". I tried to connect my headphones through the AUX jack and it didn't work as well.

From various support forums, I found out that similar problem is present with other users of A50 which leads me to think that the issue is a software problem, especially that it happened suddenly!

Any suggestions about how to resolve the issue, or at least, make sure that it is a software issue not a hardware one? (without resetting my phone).

Samsung Galaxy A50: dropped phone in water no screen but there is sound and vibrations

so I dropped the phone in the water for about 20 seconds without realizing then pulled it out the screen functioned when I pulled it out it turned on because of a notification however the next morning the screen no longer functioned but the phone was playing my ringtone and buzzing a lot. it charges and the sign pops up but the screen won’t display anything other than the charging symbol.

I have an A50 that started claiming that it was overheating and wouldn’t charge. I tried:

Factory reset - No change

Clean charging port with pin, IPA, q-tip - No change

Remove rear cover - Minor water damage on some chips on charging daughterboard, and on the main board.

Replace midframe - No change

Shorting the 2 pins on the side of the motherboard that corresponds to the power button sometimes lets the phone turn on depending on what is connected.

Cleaned water damage with IPA and q-tip - No change

Few days ago, my Galaxy A50 turned off while working, since then it is not booking completely. Instead, it keeps rebooting till Samsung Logo. No Water damage, No drop or accidental fall. Device also not entering in Hard re-set mode. It's OS was last updated in January 2023.

The power button won't turn my phone off...it won't display options to power off or restart, etc.... and it won;t allow me to access the screen. Everything else works.

Do you have any idea if my phone is recoverable? The battery is non removable.

Hey, i was taking a look at a phone for someone who said it wont charge or turn on.

When plugged in a lighting bolt in a circle appears but no battery percentage. i took apart the phone and disconnected the battery then plugged in the charger and same thing

Does this mean the battery is the problem? The device in theory should boot without one while plugged in like a laptop.

Would this mean the issue is software and not hardware since the charging port is working.

After disassembling my Samsung A50 and an otherwise successful repair, I have this small rubber part that came from somewhere but I cannot figure out where it fits!

It is a small T-shaped piece of rubber with two holes in the top. Is it important? Where does it go?!

Please I have an issue with my Samsung Galaxy A50, there's no sound output, can't make calls because we don't get to hear each other, but I can only hear music and notification sound when I get connected to my earpod. I can't make WhatsApp calls and voicenote too. how can this be solved? Someone said it's an Audio IC problem is that true?
