Olá, tudo bem com vocês?

Tenho um Barbeador Philips Multigroom Series 3000 QG3337 que diga-se de passagem é uma ótima máquina! A minha já tem 07 anos.

Problema: A maquina parou de carregar, mesmo que eu deixe carregando por 10 horas conforme diz o manual, a máquina não liga.

Uma pessoa me indicou um video na internet onde a pessoa relata o mesmo problema e consegue consertar em casa, sem gastar nada. No video tem mais de 400 comentários de pessos dizendo que foram bem sucedidas seguindo as instruções.

Porém no meu caso eu ceio que errei algum passo ou de fato a maquininha não vai mais ligar após a queda que sofreu.

Maisalguém tem esse tipo de máquina e já passou por isso? Consegui arrumar de um jeito diferente do que mostra no video?

Braun Razor: Rechargable battery - replace Li ion with NiMH?

I have a Braun shaver that needs a new battery. Thankfully this one doesn't have a soldered battery, it has a removable AA. The one that came out is generic (red covering, manufacturer wasn't anything I'd ever heard of). It does say it's Li ion, though. Meanwhile, the only rechargeable AAs I have are NiMH.

As far as I can tell the only difference is the NiMH has a much higher capacity (2300 mAh compared to like 750 for the old one). Is there any reason to think a NiMH wouldn't work?

Braun Razor: How to tear down a Braun 4509 razor?

I have a 25+ year old classic Braun razor, model 4509, which doesn't turn on anymore, even when the power cable is connected and I want to open the shaver for battery replacement.

I already found some guides which show that there are some round little plastic cover that hide 2 screws and I was able to remove those and the screws.

There is also some kind of turnable area where the power cord is plugged in and when I turned this about 90 degrees with some metal spatula, the device sprung partly open, but I cannot open it any further. Also the back part is still completly fixed. Does anyone know how to do tear down this razor?

My dear repair people,

I'd like to take apart my hair clipper and replace the proprietary charger with a usb-c charger. Unfortunately, I can't even take the clipper apart!

Here are the steps I took :

Removed the back cover

I tried to take the clipper apart but noticed that more screws might be holding it in place

I removed the top of the clipper and 2 other screws on the top

I notice that there is a screw under this golden plastic thing

aaaaaaand I'm stuck

The golden plastic thing can slide up and down but is stuck at some point. I tried pushing, pulling, twisting, but nothing seems to move !

Sorry this is might be a though one to solve, I did my best but I've been stuck for too long on this, any idea would help !

I researched and bought a Wahl Stainless Steel Lithium Ion + Groomer to help me stay within regulations as I was deploying to the Middle East.

During my research I found a number of complaints about the on/off switch failing and the ability of the groomer to accept a charge.

Initially the unit I bought worked well and had no problem with either the switch or charging. However, after owning it for about a year with light use, both of these problems emerged and now I can only turn it off by inserting the plug in the recharging jack.

In order to repair/troubleshoot the problems I need to know how to disassemble the razor/groomer.

I want to replace my ~15 year old Braun trimmer after the batteries died for the third time. I had to replace the batteries twice by soldering, which is a PITA, so now I am looking for a model with more accessible batteries. AFAIK no brand makes trimmers with user-replaceable batteries, so at least they shouldn't be soldered, like the one in this video. I could not find any disassembly instructions for the latest generation models, so I would appreciate any other suggestions.
