Protocol Videodrone AP: Why can't I view the videos on my computer?

I would record a video with my videodrone. When i connect it to my computer the video date is in 1979 and it wont play. How did i get the videos i record to play on my computer.

When I turn on my drone and connect the controller the lights go from flashing to solid but then the drone won't take off. The propellers spin for a second but then nothing happens. Help?

I synchronized my drone and remote controller, and it flies fine. But the video feed isn't coming through from the drone's camera to my phone. Nothing seems to be broken, so I don't understand why the live stream isn't popping up.

I can not find a spare one.

Where could I find a replacement ?

The motor is 15mm x 6mm in dimensions, with a 8-teeth gear.

I am looking to buy a few batteries for my drone . The original got wet and swelled up. I have located a battery supplier that is alot less expensive than the only one I can find online. Every other option listed says sold out. The specs are nearly identical 7.4 v XT60 connection the only difference is 2200 mAh compared to the original 2000 mAh extra flight time is fine with me. I can't find my original so I don't have a comparison to be sure the replacement will fit in the batter compartment on the drone. The battery supplier has sent me their dimensions. So if anyone can help me with the dimensions of the original I can possibly place an order. Thanks

Protocol Dronium Two: How do you replace the large gear?

My Protocol Dronium Two has some stripped teeth on one of the large gears that mesh with the small motor gear. I have got a replacement gear (and shaft). Does the gear pull off the shaft? and how hard?? Seems very tight. Does the shaft need to be replaced also, it does not seem to be damaged. Not sure how hard to pull on the gear?

Protocol Dronium Two: Prop Spins Intermittently while other props spin perfectly

Drone Issue:Props spins and after remotely stopping all props, the rear right prop will sometimes not spin unless you give it a push. I carefully removed the cover revealing gears and saw nothing unusual. I tested the shaft by starting props and the shaft in question does not spin on its own. If you turn it the shaft will spin again and MAY behave fine for two or three test but eventually it will require that you spin shaft manually to get the shaft spinning. Is this a loose wire problem? Thanks for any suggestions.
