I recently bought the Element Enigma Phone case for iPhone XR, the slightest thing that scrapes against it scratches the aluminum bezel. Is there any way to buff this out and fix the paint?

I temporarily disconnected the answering machine and when I reconnected it, my 57 saved messages were gone.

Plantronics CS50 Headset: Why can't I hear anything?

My CS50 works perfectly on one phone, but when I move it to another phone, I can't hear anything. It is installed correctly, and when I press the button on the headset, the regular receiver shuts down. But I cannot hear the dial tone through the head set. I haven't changed any of the settings on the base. Am I missing something?

Has anyone taken apart a Primo PhoneSuit to see which exact batterty it uses? I heard it uses a Lithium Polymer Battery but I am wondering if this is accurate, and who manufactures their battery for them...any ideas?

I have this extended battery dismounted. Is there any way of assembly as single batteries ? I have simple put the connector together with the battery and was working, but when I take off to try another one, it stopped working.

Phone Accessory: Issue with my Bluetooth headset

I am having an issue with my Bluetooth headset and I’m not sure what’s going on.

It connects to my phone, but the audio is very inconsistent. Sometimes calls work fine, but other times I either get no sound at all or the audio switches back to the phone speaker even though the headset still shows as connected.

It also feels pretty random, it can work one moment and stop the next without me changing anything.

Has anyone experienced something like this or knows what could be causing it?

The earpiece has been sitting in a miscellaneous electronics box in my Grandma's office for over 5 years. If the device needs some repairing, I am open to doing so. The device has turned on before, but has never shown up on broadcasting devices (phones, laptops, etc.).
