Olá! Tenho um PSP Street que adquiri sem o carregador. Entretanto comprei um genérico e na primeira carga ele funcionou mas quando liguei o psp ele parou de funcionar, imaginei que o problema fosse no cabo de baixa qualidade. Em seguida levei o psp em uma loja e testaram um novo carregador genérico que funcionou, comprei e fiquei jogando e carregando o psp normalmente por uns meses até que novamente o psp nao reconhecia mais o carregador e não carrega e nem da sinal de luz que está carregando. Acredito que seja algo no psp e não nos carregadores porque eles sao muito bem guardados com cuidado! O que pode ser? Pode ser a bateria? Problema de contato no conector? Acredito que com um novo cabo o psp ligaria mas logo deixaria de reconhecer o mesmo!

Há uns anos a psp street tinha parado de carregar e ao tentar arranjar sem querer parti o conector femea que liga ao conector macho da bateria.

Existe algum nome ou site onde possa arranjar um igual para soldar?

… descobri que no ecra estavam marcas de algo ter queimado e estava tudo cheio de residuo dentro da psp na regiao do ecra e conector do power.

era o meu irmao mais novo que jogava com ela por isso pode ser que tenha entrado algum liquido. como posso resolver isto? esperimentei a remover o ecra e a carregar a psp sem o ecra e a psp carrega mas quando ligo e o ecra esta encostado a motherboard a psp faz curto, ainda nao esperimentei limpar a corrosao no ecra e liga la outra vez.

Hello, I partially disassembled my PSP Street (only removed screen and start/select buttons ribbon cables) and now my PSP doesn't do anything if I plug my charger. The orange light doesn't even light up. What did I mess up? Thanks in advance

PSP E1000: My PSP has no sign of life

Hi I have had this psp for like a year now and it was basically in near new condition. But one day when I had it on charge it was over heating and I don’t think I turn it off properly (left it on rest mode) and so I quickly disconnected it BUT now it won’t turn on. The charger works and the battery has power too (Checked both with an Electrometer) but it just doesn’t turn on. The LED doesn’t flash and neither does the screen. Is my PSP dead or what could be the issue?

Hello, my PSP Hello, my PSP E1000 didn't turn on, so I took it apart and noticed that with the battery inserted when I press the ignition switch a part of the motherboard heats up a lot. I don't know if it heats up on one side or if it heats up on the other side of the PCB. Has anyone already happened and knows how to solve it?

PSP E1000: PSPe1004 Display starts but nothing happens

My PsP E1004 hasnt been used in a while, i noticed while trying to turn in ot that the lcd seems to power of for a fraction of a secont (you can see the black change for a moment) the console does not make any sounds whatsoever and after further disassembly i was unabe to get the console to boot but can confirm that the Internals had power via the wall plug i did try booting it with and without battery but i am unsure if the lack of noise and "the flash" mean i should get a new display or get a new mb.

PSP E1000: PSP E1004, backlight works but no image.

Hi guys, I'm having a problem with my PSP e1004 (Street).

I followed the guide for the Baryon Sweeper, tested it on a working PSP of the same model, and the service menu opens correctly.

However, I'm having a problem with this other PSP Street. Specifically, I have no signs of life other than the green LED. When I plug in the Baryon and use the key combination to launch the service menu, the backlight turns on, but there's no image on the screen.

I can rule out a display malfunction since I tested it on a working PSP. I've also attached the sweeper logs.

What could be the problem? The PSP appears to be alive, but there's no image, just the backlight.

PS: The backlight only turns on if I connect the PSP to the sweeper and open the service menu.

Hi, I have a PSP e1004 (Street model). I'm having a problem with the backlight. The display works fine with a flashlight, but the backlight isn't working properly. I replaced the backlight circuit fuse, but the problem remains the same: the backlight isn't working. What could be the cause?

I checked the soldered fuse with a multimeter, and it was soldered correctly.

PSP E1000: Power slider pads sheared off

Years ago i tried to change the ON/HOLD slider on my psp E1000 and two of the 4 contact pads where sheared of the motherboard. Is there a way to fix it or bypass the slider to turn the device on and off?

PSP E1000: Is my device bricked?

So, I was opening my PSP Street wide to get something stuck in the SD slot out, and I unplugged the LCD: And when I put it back the video output was fine at first but after some on/off it showed a white screen. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back and turns out I plugged it in loosely. However after a very short duration the screen gradually turned white, so I plugged it out.

Next thing I know the PSP has turned off and not only the battery stopped working altogether, but the display didn't show anything anymore.

Is it bricked? or can I somehow, by a miracle, fix it?

EDIT: Turns out the battery is fine, I somehow managed to plug it in in a way that it unplugs itself when I put the lid back on and pick the device up. 🤦‍♂️
Anyways, the screen remains an issue. I can see it changing brightness very slightly when I turn on the PSP, and nothing on the display itself seems damaged; But it shows a completely black screen. I've tried to shine a bright flashlight on it, but not much of a signal can be seen.

PSP E1000: What fuse rating is it for the psp e1000 (psp street) power fuse?

My power fuse got shorted and needs to be changed out for a new one but i cant find what ratings that would go for a new one. I have found people bridging the fuse but that would remove the protection of the fuse which i rather not do.

My PSP is a E1004, and its almost 10 years old now. The battery has most likely leaked, because it has a few stains it didn't use to. Is there any way i can save it, make it work again?

I tried opening it but after the 4 back screws and 2 top screws i got scared of accidently breaking it due to excessive force.

Hi, my Psp E1000 is loading the game disk but the spinning device inside the console that loads the disk stops after a couple of seconds. What is the problem?
