Optiplex 9020: dell OptiPlex 9020 sff Power button no response.

I tried turning on the PC but, it won't respond even if I test the power supply, nor will it turn on when unplugging and plugging back the power, the fans will run as usual. I tried to power it on by short-circuiting the power pins, but nothing happens then I tried to measure the power going to the pins but what I got is a flat 0 and 37.4mV but that is not supposed to be right? besides that, I don't know how to power it on besides the power button.

Optiplex 9020: PC won't power on.

When I push the power supply power button the fan comes on. As soon as the button is released, the fan stops. Power supply won't stay on. Installed a new P/S and have the same problem. No idea where to go from here...

Optiplex 9020: Having lines one the screen and pc stucks.

When I turn on my PC sometimes there is a beep sound comes and then PC after that not turn on after I press again the same sound comes and sometimes it happens if the PC turns on there was some lines come on the running PC and the PC stucks there mouse keyword not works and I have to shutdown the PC by pressing the on of button of CPU I have even reinstall window on my PC but my problem is not solve please help me.

Optiplex 9020: PC will not start after easter holiday/ Summer time change (?)

Hi! After a prolonged easter holiday I came home and my good old 9020 would not start. It is power but I think the first error message had something to do with time issue. We went to summer time here in Norway while I was away. (One hour forward from regular time) I got someone to put in a new SSD Drive (C drive) when I bought the computer second hand several years ago and there is also a second operative system on another drive, win10 on both. But neither will start. Have seen online that maybe the CMOS battery could be an issue? I feel reluctant to try and go into the bios.... No experience..... If I try to start the computer, the repair program starts right away, but after a couple of rounds the power button turns yellow and it seems dead and I just have to “pull the plug” I am using the computer for many things including Cubase and music production and I am hoping of a solution... Anyone? Of course greatful for any help!!!
