I can listen to my Sylvania SMP2200 2GB MP3 Player when it is charging, but once it unplug it it stops and the light won't turn on. I know it has to be fully charged to play, but it was charging all night. Any tips?

So my dad found has other old Zune and it’s works and I just restarted it and it went to a grey screen after the Zune logo I don’t here any hard drive falling sounds is it a software glitch? And I promised my brother to not open it up and whoa I forgot one major thing I forgot to say before I rebooted the Zune the battery was low and i also played a song goes black it goes back on after I plug it in and it says song unavailable and the battery is low and

BAT+ terminal on the CPU came off. Repair guy messed up. Analyze the photos. The image that contains a blue wire attached to the CPU is the current pavement but still not working properly or at all. What needs to happen from that point in order to restore function?

The usb-c port on my mp3 player detached from the motherboard, and I can't solder for jack, Idont have the tools nor the knowledge, and idont wanna pay 50 up to get it repaired. So Iwant to buy an external battery. Would I haveto solder oneon? And what kind of battery can I use? This is the mp3 player. Any advice at all?
