O ecrã táctil deixou de reagir ao toque. Já fiz reset do aparelho.

O ecrã perdeu toda a sensibilidade ao toque Nas diversas tentativas feitas de reiniciar o aparelho, houve algumas vezes em que foi possível avançar um passo com seleção no meio do ecrã. No passo seguinte -inserir credenciais de acesso ao wi-fi percebi que ao escrever a palavra passe, carregando no c ele assumia o v, carregava no a e assumia o d, etc. E algumas das operações nem foram possíveis.

Hello, I am Italian, I write in English only for ease of communication, so if an Italian were to read my question and answer me, it would be preferable to communicate in my language, for all other users, you are free to use any language. I have a very strange problem on my e-reader Kobo Aura one, the micro USB port for charging works quite correctly, the problem is that when I connect the kobo to a computer and therefore there should be a connection between the two devices, this does not happen, I tried to connect the kobo with new and working cables, on five different computers, they do not connect, only the charging works, if someone wanted to help me I would be grateful, I am a neophyte in the repair of electronic devices, so, please, if someone wanted to help me it should be as clear as possible.
