Kobo Forma: Alguém ficou sem poder carregar de um dia para o outro

A ultima vez que carreguei o meu Kobo durou 15 dias até baixar aos 10%, infelizmente distrai me e chegou aos três por cento, quando eu fui pôr a carregar apareceu a mensagem “por favor carregar eREADER“ e a partir desse dia apesar de ter carregado com vários cabos diferentes carregadores diferentes nunca mais passou de um ecrã negro com essa frase, é estranho como é que de um dia para o outro isto acontece.

Isto aconteceu há mais alguém, e como é que resolveram, não me apetece comprar um KOBO novo quando este estava a funcionar muito bem.

Where can I send my Forma in to be repaired? It just froze. It won't let me do anything and will not even power down.

Kobo Forma: How do I get permanent lines in screen fixed?

I've had my e-reader for a long while. And for a while it had an issue where half the screen would not refresh with text layering on top of previous pages. It still does this on the occasion, however now it mostly just has a few permanent lines in the screen which can be seen on all displays. And was wondering if there was a software workaround d to fix this, and if not, where I could possibly get it fixed as it is long out of warranty . I am located in Melbourne, Australia.
