Boa noite gente, o brilho da tela do meu Kindle não acende, estava lendo e o brilho diminuiu para 1 e mesmo quando aumento para o máximo que é 24 ele não aumenta nada, alguém pode me ajudar?

O dispositivo trava na tela de carregamento inicial. Após pressionar Power por 40 segundos, o dispositivo reinicia e trava na mesma tela. Já foi carregado, reiniciado, mas nada funciona. Existe alguma ferramenta de reparo do software?

I dropped my Kindle, and it won't turn off or turn on unless the auto-wake case is on it. Other then that it works perfectly fine. How do I fix this?

I have a kindle tablet.

When I plug it in to a wall outlet, it shows a battery with one bar briefly then it fades away and no matter how long I keep it plugged I dont see any improvement.

When I plug in into a windows PC I get the connected sound then disconnected sound, again I see a battery with on bar show up briefly then nothing.

When its not plugged in, I test the voltage of the battery and I get 3.2v

Im thinking the port is broken.

What do you think?

Hi everyone, I have the latest kindle (2024 release, the matcha one). It's my first kindle, only had it for a year and it just won't charge. When I plug it in the orange light comes on but only for a few seconds. It's stuck on the low power screen. I've tried forcing a reset but that won't work. It also isn't acknowledged when I plug it into my PC.

Any ideas of how I could go about fixing it please? I'm guessing the battery/battery port is the culprit. I don't seem to be able to find a replacement battery to purchase anywhere in the UK.
