Hello,

The last time I used my camera when I had snorkeling. The camera suddenly was shut/off. I thought because the battery was flat. I charged the camera but it doesn't want to be charging. I checked my sim card there is no any pictures or videos there. I believe I have some on the memory card. I've tried to charge the camera and replace it with another memory card. However, it doesn't make any changing at all.

Please .. help me, what should I do to make the camera works again.

My GoPro blacked out unexpectedly while previewing the pictures. I don't know what happened. I'm sure it was fully charged before it was used. I tried charging it again but the red light lights for 3-5 seconds then stops. I tried removing the micro SD but it still wouldn't turn on. I also tried charging on my laptop and have used different chords other than the GoPro chord but still doesn't work. We don't have service centers near our area. I was hoping this could still be repaired.

Hi! Question, my go pro plus lcd wont turn on after freezing. We used it for scuba diving and it was working while we are diving then when we finished it froze and we waited til it turned off then now it wont turn on. How do we turn this on? Please advise.

My camera was working fine, and it is fairly new. I was importing videos to my computer and all seemed fine. I disconnected the GoPro and when I checked on it 5 minutes later it was off. The red light doesn't come up when I tried charging it. I took out the sim card and put it back in, still noting happened. I tried holding the on button but still nothing. There are a couple line's on random parts of the screen, so maybe the screen is broken. I was wondering what I should do, it's not turning on or charging, what's the problem?
