I already change my fuses and external fan relay related to radiator fan of my 2010 dodge grand caravan. And still it’s not working but when I bypass the motor using 12 gauge wire, it works. I let my car idle for 15 mins to meet the temperature gauge to 210 degrees and still didnt work. Any suggestions?

2014 Grand caravan using antifreeze there's no leaks it's not overheating no antifreeze in the oil plenty of power what could be the issue I'm baffled .

My sister hooked up a 36 volt golf cart to my 98 dodge Dakota 3.9 v6. It started throwing sparks, headlights flashed, horn blasted and wipers turned on. Now it will start and run before about 3-5 seconds before shutting down. Even while giving it gas. What blew?
