Após de trocar a bateria e a fonte, pois apresentavam falhas depois de uma chuva, o notebook não reconheceu a nova bateria (obs: ela é do mesmo modelo da de fábrica), reinstalai os drivers e a bios e nada o problema mesmo está na placa mãe, porém não consigo descobrir onde está o problema.

All USB ports, the HDMI port, and the integrated keyboard have stopped working simultaneously on my Dell Vostro 3558. The touchpad is the only functional input device.

I have already tried:

1. A hard reset (draining power for 60 seconds).

2. Checking the BIOS (cannot enter via F2, but attempted via Windows recovery).

3. Confirming no USB devices (mouse/keyboard) get power or light up when plugged in.

Since all external ports and, is there a specific fuse, voltage regulator, or common failure point on this motherboard (like the Super I/O chip or Chipset) that could cause a total loss of peripheral connectivity? Any guidance on board-level repair or specific components to check would be appreciated.

It can't turn on

1. **Without the battery (Plugged into the commercial charger only):

As soon as the charger is plugged in, the Caps Lock light starts blinking continuously, even without pressing the power button.

2. On the battery only (Without the charger):

When pressing the power button twice consecutively, the fan spins for a few seconds and then shuts down completely, and the laptop fails to boot.

My Dell laptop shows this error: “The AC power adapter wattage and type cannot be determined.” The battery sometimes stays at 0% and the charger is not detected properly. Also, even after removing the charger, the charging symbol still appears, and the charging light stays ON even after shutting down the laptop completely. Could this be a charger problem, damaged charging pin, battery issue, or charging port issue?

it flickers sometimes random and if i adjust it like moving the monitor until i find the right angle it stabilized. then sometimes if its stable it randomly freezes the display with black outline and white on center (Youtube still playing and keyboard lights still).
