DJI Mavic Pro: Where to buy replacement parts

Crashed my Mavic and broke an arm off, damaged the main body in the front, and broke off the gimbal entirely. Anyone know where you can buy replacement parts, or will the official repair service be my only option?

Crashed my mavic for the first time. Accidently hit the return home button and panicked. Long story short hit a tree and fell 30 feet. Gimbal is erratic and front vision sensor error. Just wondering if there was a service/ repair manual to refer during the repair.

DJI Mavic Pro: dji maveric camera wire replacment

Hi, I broke my gimbal off my mavic pro. I tore both my ribbon cable and the wire cable harness. I have the necessary know how and tools to make the repair and I found the necessary ribbon cable and replacement vibration absorbing mounting plate. However, i cannot find the wire cable harness with metal ends that connects the camera to the board for sale anywhere. Do you have any broken cameras around that may have this cable on them that hasn't been damaged? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

DJI Mavic Pro: One engine not spinning

My drone crashed into the beach.. had a mind of its own I had no control.

Now one of the front engines doesnt spin freely and shut down after I attempt to fly it.

What do I do?

DJI Mavic Pro: Left rear arm support replacement part?

I had a small crash that bent up a small plastic support piece for the left rear arm.

The drone still flies, but that rotor isn't flying parallel to the ground anymore (even with some duct tape support): https://goo.gl/photos/xxZGB68M9ZvfhDt16

I found Where to buy replacement parts, but I can't tell if this part is part of the middle frame, upper shell, or bottom shell since it doesn't look like it's connected to the top or bottom shell.

DJI Mavic Pro: Is there even any point in searching for it?

I have (well… had) a DJI Mavic Pro that dropped into a lake about 3 or 4 months ago from a height of 210 ft. My theory is that the battery may have died even though I had 21% left and was going back to land but they were the original batteries from 2017. I do wonder the odds of it being salvageable especially if the battery completely failed like I suspect. I know the last known location via the GPS but could not get a good look at where it splashed. The water depth is probably between 4 and 8 ft so it wouldn’t be too Hard to get it once I find it but it is quite a long way away from where I live and I am 16 and do not have my own vehicle or boat so I need to rely on them to get me there but I don’t want to waste their time retrieving a dead drone. Thank you. When I get home I can attach a video of flight logs if needed.

DJI Mavic Pro: camera has water inside

hi there,

i was flying sideways and drowned my mavic pro in a tree which fall then in a river (sweet water). Found it again 24 hours later in about 4 meters under water -

everything works fine but it got water inside the camera which is now stuck on the glass in front of the lens and obviously can not disappear by itself. I opend the little screws but did not dare to go further as the parts did not want to get loose. I also see a golden ring near the lens cover which could hold it in place...?

any help?

DJI Mavic Pro: Mech Err GL200A

My DJI Mavic Pro gives Mech Err shortly after turning it on. I think this is becuade the left hand Joystick is damaged, it clicks downwards if slight pressure is applied.

My question is can I fix this myself. So far I have removed 2 small screws located behind the phone holder but failed to open the case.

DJI Mavic Pro: Image jumping on screen

I crashed my drone today, clipped a wall and fell about 3m onto grass. Apart from a few scratches there wasn't any damage but now when I fly it there's a flicker every 2-3 seconds in the image. What could have broken? Any advice?

DJI Mavic Pro: Device not recording on SD card

I’ve tried to troubleshoot this question many, many times via finding answers on the internet, to no avail. It seems as though my DJI Mavic is recording my flights onto my sandisk extreme plus card, but the files are corrupted and I cannot access them in my editing software, my GoPro, or other cameras. Just shows it as empty. I can, however, access the video via my phone(not the lesser quality cache video that’s sent to my phone when you press “record”). I’ve tried reformatting the SD card, to no avail as well.

Any advice would be appreciated, as I just started becoming more proficient with this device and it greatly improved the shots presented in my videos.

DJI mavic pro having issue with gimbal. It moves during power on but after that I can’t move it via transmitter. There is no video feed and inside Go4 app it shows gimbal disconnected.

Went to a repair shop and was told that it’s motherboard issue. Wasn’t convince and believe it should be gimbal card and video cable issue.

Anyone experience this issue before?

My mavic pro platinum video quality suddenly gone crazy. There is no physical damage in my gimbal or camera . The video and picture saves in SD card just fine but in go4 app the picture showes burned out . I have reset everything refreshed firmware and also flashed my sd card , reinstalled the app but the problem still remains . Can anyone help please ? I have used both iPhone and Android and also used multiple USB cable with both ports but still the problem remains . Removing the sd card is also not working . Screenshots is given below from app .
