Tenho uma demanda que por muito tempo ficou em um limbo.

Como atualizo o navegador do cromebook paviillion 14 c015dx que o sistema operacional do Google não vai receber mais atualizações.

I want to use my asus chromebook C202SC for stuff like youtube and stuff but i found out its managed by an extension called “GoGuardian” later on and i can’t uninstall it so i need to unenroll.I have tried ESC+REFRESH+POWER thingy but it is still managed so can somebody help me? I have to do this because at the end of my school i will give it to my younger brother so he can use it for gaming but all websites are blocked.Please help? If so then thanks!

Hello, I purchased a chrome book off of ebay with a cracked screen , after replacing the screen and booting the device i found that it was a managed device ive tried several ways of rebooting , power wash even reinstalling the operating system with no avail ..

Any tricks to return it to factory ??

My chromebook screen is broken, it's got a massive black spot (1" across) and the screen is covered in random lines. I can only assume it took a hit but the case is undamaged. Any idea if it would be possible to replace, and if so where I could get the replacement screen?

I help out at the school computer lab and we have about 70 chrome books. I would say at least ten of them are suffering from this problem. To describe the problem in further detail when you click the left or the right button on the track pad the buttons dont pop back up and there is no click it just sags down when you click it and sags back up once you have let go

One day, I was just playing ROBLOX, and I typed in a chat to send. As soon as I clicked the Enter key to send it, it didn’t send! This has been going on for a week now, and I haven’t been able to fix it at all! Nothing is working at this point. So recently my Chromebook was not connecting to any networks. When I went to look at the connections, it said that the Wi-Fi was turned off, and the button to turn it on was not present at all. Upon clicking on 'Settings', the Wi-Fi network was listed as 'Disabled', but when I went to click on it, it does not give any options to re-enable it. What's wrong with it?

No sound can be heard even when the volume is turned to max. Headphones work but speakers do not produce any sound.
