Canon PowerShot SX620 HS: Reconnecting the replacement screen

Hi,

I followed the guide to change my screen but I can't see how to reconnect step 12, the connection under the button panel that flaps down. Any advice?

Solved: I ended up pushing it into the space that doesn't look wide enough for it to fit. I did this with the tiny silicone flap open. I don't know if that made a difference. I pulled the flap closed by sticking a piece of masking tape with cotton tied round it!

PowerShot G7 X Mark II: middle of taking the pictures, the screen turned into green stripes

Hi friends, I would appreciate your help urgently, yesterday I received my new Canon g7x mark III that arrived, it turned on, everything was fine as usual, today after I charged the battery I returned it to the camera in the middle of taking the pictures, the screen turned into green stripes for a few seconds and the camera turned off and just froze, does anyone know what the problem could be ?

Canon PowerShot G11: Shoots only black photos.

Hello, I recently bought a secondhand Canon powershot G11 hoping that I can revive it. I bought it a new battery and a charger. Once I opened it, it work perfectly. buttons are fine shutter is fine. The only problem is, it shoots black photos only.

How do I fix this?

Hey. My power shot doesnt show the image from the sensor. It turns on, take photos, but the feed form the sensor is blacked out. I dont know much about camera mechanics, but i think its the aperture not opening. Any tips?

I bought a second hand camera and it came without the SD card, when I tried the card I use for my elph 330, it said there was a memory card error so I bought a smaller storage size and it was an older version, it still says memory card error. The memory card is not locked, I'm unsure what to do.

I dropped my camera and was able to fix it and it was working good for the first day, then the next day it said memory card error. I went to the store and bought a new memory card and it worked for the first 5 hours, then i went to the store and bought another and it only worked for the first few hours again. Nothing was wrong with the camera and pictures but I cant seem to get a memory card to last longer then a few hours now. What do i need to fix?

I am on a bicycle trip through South East Asia, in Thailand right now and I need 🙏🏼 my camera 🙏🏼.

My mobile isn't able to take good pictures 🙈.

I was on a trip through the Jungle took pictures... sometimes the lens needs awfully long to show a sharp picture or shows it for a moment and goes back to blurry when pushing the button. Changed battery and the screen turned black. If I try to take a photo nothing shows on the screen only the menu options and the pictures I have already taken are displayed.

I reset to default settings but nothing changed.

I am very happy and thankful 🙏🏼 for every help 😊.

I have a PowerShot A810 HD which is not listed above. I had this camera in a box for many years brand new and just now started using it. I’ve been using it for about 3 months now when all of a sudden my screen turned black. The camera starts up, it takes pictures fine (I just can’t see what I’m taking a picture of). The camera turns off and on fine and the lens retracts, it uploads to my computer, but the screen is black. This camera is like new since I’ve never used it. I have read the numerous complaints from other people who have the same problem. I also saw how many cameras were recalled, but for some reason I can’t seem to find this model anywhere. Did I accidentally touch something to cause the screen to turn black? I recharged the batteries and left them in overnight, because I read that the flash has to recharge, but when I woke up in the morning, still a black screen. When I turn the camera on, I could see the screen flashes that shows Canon, but then turns black again. Please help
