<title><![CDATA[BLU Phone: Why Blu Tank Xtreme 5.0 only Android Recovery?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Modelo T490Q</p>

<p>The product problem is as follows:</p>

<p>After a &quot;Wipe data / factory reset&quot; the device does not start for Android, only remaining on the recovery screen.</p>

<p>By turning on the power button, it opens the recovery screen.</p>

<p>With the unit turned off, it connects to the charger cable, it switches itself on and re-enters the screen recovery .</p>

<p>I can not connect it to the computer, which does not recognize it even though the drivers are installed.</p>

<title><![CDATA[BLU Phone: Blu Studio 5.5 will not turn on]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>The phone was working fine before I left the US to travel to Philippines so i boxed it back up and brought it here as a gift. When we tried to turn it on here it will not even turn on. We had the battery checked and it is good with charge and everything. Any ideas what could be wrong with it?</p>

<title><![CDATA[Blu Advance 5.0: Updated phone and now I can't unlock it]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I recently had an update on my phone, and it restarted after I allowed it to install. After finishing it asked me for my password to allow it to continue it's on process. But it doesn't take my password that I'm a hundred percent sure is correct.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Blu Studio HD 6.0: Why is my Blu Studio not charging?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Earlier today I tried charging my Blu Studio 6.0 on my computer using the charger cord. The phone was off as I did this.</p>

<p>After a few minutes, I tried turning on the phone. It turned on and I left it alone overnight. When I unplugged the cord from the computer the next morning and tried turning on the phone again. It didn't turn on.</p>

<p>I tried charging the phone using a wall outlet for an hour, and I got the same reaction. It would turn on when it was plugged in but would die when removed from a power source.</p>
