The product problem is as follows:

After a "Wipe data / factory reset" the device does not start for Android, only remaining on the recovery screen.

By turning on the power button, it opens the recovery screen.

With the unit turned off, it connects to the charger cable, it switches itself on and re-enters the screen recovery .

I can not connect it to the computer, which does not recognize it even though the drivers are installed.

When i charge my phobe till 100 percent after some time like at 60 or 70 percent my phobe will get switch off directly if ibrestart it it will get on but but at 11 or 20 percent of battery only now what can i do also it will get offenly switch off

My cheek or eat hits the toolbar for the phone when it's in use and turns on pause, speaker and mute. Can it be disabled or moved?

Blu Life One X (2016): BLU One Life X stuck in boot loop

Hi,

It looks like my BLU LIFE ONE X is stuck in a boot loop and I can't find a solution tailored to this phone. I would like to get into recovery mode as many sites suggest a cache swipe or reset, but I can't even get there.

I hold the buttons and on the top left corner is written

Recovery mode : Volume up

Factory reset: Volume down

When I click the up button the screen only goes black.

Also I can't remove the battery (inbuilt), on other phones it seems to be a part of the process to get to the Android recovery mode.

I had an iphone before and never such a problem. :(

Hi,

I just got a Blu Advance 5.0. Switching over from iPhone. So, I'm just curious how I would turn on/off cellular for certain apps? Like, on iPhone, I would just go into settings-cellular-then just tap the button next to Safari, Photos, Facebook, whatever app, to let it use/not use my cell data. How do I do this on an android? Specifically Google Chrome. I don't like to use my data unless it's important, and I'd just rather have it turned off instead of leaving it on. Thanks for any help

Blu Studio HD 6.0: PC don't recognize phone when using USB

My phone can charge only while connected to my PC, but the PC won't recognize the phone. I want to transfer files from my phone to my PC.

Does anyone know how to change the settings in this phone, so that it can charge as well as transfer files to PC's?

If so please give a step by step account. I am not tech savvy.
