Alcatel One Touch Fierce: Why is my phone turning off suddenly even when the battery is full?

My phone turns off out of nowhere even when it is fully charged or has a substantial battery percentage. It usually won't turn back on for a long time. I have tried pressing and holding the power button and plugging it into a charger, but nothing seems to power it back up. I recently got this phone not even a year ago, so it shouldn't be a problem with the battery. This issue started happening maybe last month or two months ago. If you could help or have an idea what may be causing this that would be great.

Alcatel One Touch Evolve 2: How to wipe internal memory (phone won't turn on)

I would like to wipe or destroy internal memory before recycling the device.

Phone won't turn on after charging for hours. A white LED does turn on whenever I plug in a charger.

I've tried a hard reset (holding power and volume up keys)

When I plug into a computer it doesn't show up as a USB device.

Looking at the inside I'm not able to identify where the internal memory would be (for image of internals, see Alcatel One Touch Evolve 2 Rear Speaker Replacement

Somehow i pressed something and it locked my screen. Now i need a pattern to get into my.phone and i dont know it because it happened by mistake. I have an Alcatel 1B 2022. The issue I have is that of no internet connection, despite having mobile data turned on. It works with WiFi but not mobile data on it's own.

I have used my SIM in another phone and it works, there is enough credit also. I have also checked the carrier and APN and all is correct.

Does anyone have an idea how to resolve this?

I have a Alcatel raven lt model A547bl model. I see that they hardly sell these phones anymore. but my question is why is my phone running hot as well as now it wont charge. Hi there,

So one day I found one of my old phones in the laundry with my load after it was done. It wasn’t visibly damaged on the outside but it complains about “low battery temperature” whenever I try to charge it. If I have to go into the guts of the phone I will gladly do so.
