On my Acer iconia one 7 model B-770 tablet, the screen often begins flickering and distorting with static, having contrast problems (getting too bright), and simply displaying a black screen. The tablet still registers input during these malfunctions and otherwise functions fine. I believe that this is a hardware problem as when I put some pressure on the left border of the tablet from the middle up to the camera, the problem seems to stop. Can anyone explain the problem or provide a fix?

Acer Iconia B1-720: LCD screen damaged and shows white with black blob

The screen is all white and there is a large black blob on the right side with cracks stretching to the left side. The cracks are red, green and blue and are on the inside as there are no visible cracks on the outside. I took good care of this tablet but it was dropped a few times but it did not cause any damage as it had a case. I was out for a few hours and i left it sitting on a table in the sun, could that have damaged it?

Acer Iconia One 7: Can't enlarge tiny Explorer window

When doing a Google search, the screen shows all the links normally. However, when I click on the link I want, it pops up in a tiny (floating) window that I can't resize...or read. This little window also seems to have a calendar icon, a calculator icon and a couple others at the bottom of it. I've never seen this on any other tablet (not even my wife's Iconia One 7, which is about 6 months older). I can zoom in on the contents of this tiny window, but it's so small that it is basically useless to use. How can I get a normal size screen when I click on a link?

“I have used tablet for 18 month. Battery is very hard to charge. at the beginning it was charging completely from 9% to 100% for 2-2.5 hours. Now, every week percentage of charge is getting lower. 2 weeks ago max charge was 72%, last week 40% and now only 19% after 5-6 of charging? Why the life time of battery is too short? What is solution?”
