LEDs piscam: Play, aviso, bateria. O robô não carrega nem arranca corretamente. Procuro orientação antes de desistir.

Symptoms:

• Error E23 always appears
• Battery LED sometimes solid, sometimes all LEDs flashing (Play + warning + battery)
• Robot does not charge or start properly
• Same behaviour even after reset attempts

What I already tried:

• Full internal and external cleaning (contacts, battery compartment, charging contacts)
• Replaced both batteries with new compatible ones (14.4V Li-ion)
• Fully discharged and recharged multiple times
• Reset attempts via buttons
• Charging station works and provides power

Additional info:

• Robot does not appear as a USB storage device when connected to a PC (micro-USB)
• Error E23 appears immediately or shortly after power-up
